My family are waiting for 3 cheques from 17th.

Just an update, im still waiting for a cheque from the 17th win too, i emailed them yesterday to ask ifi t had been processed/posted as my account was showing id won but no cheque had been sorted for the win, they replied saying:

Thank you for your recent email regarding our Rainy days promotion.
Please accept our apologies as we are currently experiencing a delay with the dispatch of winning cheques.
We are currently working to resolve this issue and as soon as more information is available we will update your account with any details.
Thank you for your patience we do look forward to dispatching your cheque very soon.
