Hey Taiko, again, thank you for all your help, you were so patient considering i messed up.

What i did was send a complaint in. A guy from their complaints team rang me and i explained all. He said the SFE initial decision was correct, on the documents i sent in, it didn't prove i was there on a temp. basis.

I had a 'Temporary Residence Certificate' given to me by Chinese immigration which i then sent in. I also pointed out that for me to get permanent residence in China, i needed a minimum of a bachelor degree (which i didnt have), and also a company to invite me, which, when i walked out on the 2nd job, i didn't have.

I asked the British Embassy and the medical centre who helped me at the time to provide documents explaining why i stayed in China for so long, plus a letter from my UK GP saying how long it did take for me to get a referral when i did return.

This lot satisfied that I never intended to stay in China, and, with the Temp. Residence certificate, showed my stay was temporary.

i was equally surprised by it all! The guy i dealt with has even sent me the entitlement letter by email so I can ask uni for a short-term loan until a payment is made in the next couple of weeks.
