I am absolutely outraged that they have removed the original entitlement letter-surely that is illegal!!

plus, i chose to leave that contract also where no money had been paid to me and no work had been done by me. This shows also that I had chosen to return to the UK off my own steam.

im 28 (which, my student union rep was surprised i received a letter saying something about my entitlement not changing since they contacted my sponsors, as i'm clearly an indepenent student)

Excellent news! My appeal was successful, and i've been given full grants and loans. I am genuinely dancing around my room!

They said i had extenuating circumstances and my application should have been dealt with differently.

That's rather unexpected tbh. Like I said before, I'd have probably accepted it, but they'd made what I assumed was a final decision.
