I have a massive tip for you all I've just found! I realised I hadn't changed my address for my Mr T's clubcard when my brother moved house and have been waiting for £20 worth of vouchers that have never come. So I phoned up to change my address and asked if they could reissue my vouchers........she informed me I have £10 from 2009 that I didn't use either!!! So she has credited the points back onto my card and I will get them with my next lot of vouchers!
For the sake of a phonecall might be worth people checking? As far as I am aware I have NEVER lost vouchers or forgotten to use them, but apparently I have!

Nothing to report as yet...give me a minute...!0 -
