Sorry to bump but I've been trying everything and finally managed to enter the Heat comps last night (and they were still failing before I made the following changes).

Not sure if it is a fluke, but this is what I tried
I logged in and updated the info on my profile (click on where it says "Hello (your userid)" and then Edit Profile
I selected the weekly email, and updated.

After that, it let me enter the comps....
