Terms and Conditions
* Open to adults aged 21 years and over who must be UK residents, with a valid passport with at least six months to expiry date. It is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure that he/she and his/her travel companion has the adequate passport and visa to enter the United States
* The prize must be taken after 1 October 2010 and before 1 October 2011. Blackout dates apply and prize is subject to availability.
* The prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday.
* Holidays are redeemable only by the named winner and must not be sold onto any other party.
* Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel. Customers are responsible for making sure they are adequately insured. Failure to provide insurance documentation will result in forfeit of prize.
* Prize winners are responsible for payment of all additional and incidental items not included in the prize (e.g. visas, airport transfers within the UK)
* Both travellers must travel at the same time on the same itinerary
* Once the booking is confirmed changes to the names, date or nature of the booking are not permitted.
* The Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel this competition at any time.

I agree with squizzles post from weeowen's link. Seems to work in FF if you:

1. are NOT logged in

2. select the answer and hit Submit

3. scroll down to where it says " You need to be signed in or signed up to enter"

4. Then sign in or up as normal
