    I notice that the kitchen/living-space is just one room. I can't understand why, if people are willing and able to pay those sorts of prices, they would want to be cooking, eating and entertaining guests all in the same room. I think it's horrible.

    that's why I think it's not really a 3 bed flat - less than 900 sq. feet, too.

    I agree. I rented a flat in Dublin with this arrangement and thought it was horrible.
  • I wouldn't like it. I want to be able to chill in the living room, and put the washing machine on / leave all the plates in the sink until later without noisy machines running or unwashed crockery giving me the evil eye.
