Blackberry error message

hi all, I was just wondering if anyone can offer any advice please?

for the past 3 days my new Blackberry Curve (Ive had it for a week) has been unable to access the download application, when I select to download an app it asks me to confirm my details, tells me its loading and then goes back to the starting page.
Today the below message is now being shown but when I try and search for any updates on Blackberrys site and their error code database nothing is listed and the code is unrecognised...I was just wondering if anyone has had the same issue today/past few days or if they have had it in the past.

I am with o2 and called into their shops today and dispite their staff being helpful they werent able to offer any advice..
Many thanks :)
