Why don't you take your phone into a Carphone Warehouse store? Make sure you have proof of purchase with you with your name, address, date of purchase and IMEI number of the handset on it. CPW are accredited Sony Ericsson repairers and if they can't repair it under warranty, they will either give you the option to continue at a charge or send it back unrepaired free of charge.

Oh forgot to say, process should take 14 days. Most times it doesn't take that long but if Carphone dint have the parts it may go off to Sony directly and that takes approx. 28 days.

I think I'm going to go into the Orange shop and complain and see what they can come up with.

Otherwise I'll threaten to cancel the two contracts under my name and go else where because their level of service is poor.

I wouldn't of took the contract out knowing they cant supply me with a half decent phone through out my contract.

You have no grounds at all to cancel the airtime contract, you can threaten to do it but thats all it will be, a threat. What phone is it by the way? Judging by how far you are into the contract I'm going to guess at a W995. You'll probably find that Orange have the best policy of any network when it comes to faulty phones, the rest will insist you send it to the manufacturor after 28 days, Orange will replace it for the first 6 months

Well, Orange wont replace it after the first 6 months because they insisted I was only covered by the warranty for three months.

Its a C510.
