You can get 10meg Virgin broadband without a phone for £20 on a 9 mth contract.

You cant get 10mb in our exchanges its only got BT 7mb if your lucky and talk talk equipment in there and talk talk not enabled yet.

I won't call you cynical, I'll just say you don't know what you're talking about - hosting a website would involve the upload not download speed and there are many other applications/uses of the internet that can be affected by multiple users at the same time.
