Call me cynical, but unless you are hosting a very busy website, or all six of you iplayer and bittorrent at the same time all the time you shouldnt need to worry about the 7meg speed.
I won't call you cynical, I'll just say you don't know what you're talking about - hosting a website would involve the upload not download speed and there are many other applications/uses of the internet that can be affected by multiple users at the same time.0
