I'm excited too, have got an email saying I'm at the top of the list and to look at a plot on saturday!! :Thas only taken a year when I was told it would be at least 2 maybe we should start a new allotment owners thread and compare progress?

I too have just got an allotment - and I think the idea of a thread where we can compare what we're doing etc would be a great idea :T

I'm in if a thread gets started - or I could start it?

Well Done CommitedToChange.:T I think that starting a new thread would be great. It would give all us 'newbies' on the allotment front...a chance to chat on what we have planned...or have grown...go for it! Im in!:D

Yeah, a thread would be great, I'll check back and see if it has been started. I'm still at the early planning stage, so it will be fun if a group of us can do it together. xx
