The 12 months free line rental deal is only available via their front page special offer.

I hate the way that they sometimes have dual pricing on their site depending on the route you take to place your order - it's a bit like the HMV sale where the cost of a CD in the sale can depend on where you find it in the store.

Anyway...the U880 comes in black, silver and dark blue. However, only the dark blue version is currently listed as in stock.

What is the process of claming the cashback?

Do they give you a form which you have to fill out and send your 1st and 4th month photocopies of the bill with the cashback form? It does not state what to do.

After you have placed the order you will receive an email with a link to the cashback process. You need to make 3 claims at month 4,8&12. Part of the cashback on this deal is automatic and also some is provided by a reduced line rental. See T&C link on the offer. Ordered mine through quidco today and it's tracked OK:)

Carphonewarehouse are particularly good, i.e. more leniant than say e2save, as they have a 2 month window to send in your bills as appose to the norm of 28 or even 21 days.
