update, i found this place, you still have to pay but if your doing a few it works out a pound a check which i didnt think was too bad.

I've ended up with several blocked phones, not stolen, taken in payment for something on the promise they would bring the money in return for the phone, left with a non working phone, no idea what I can do with them. Worth a fortune in owed money to us if they were collected. I also know many people who have bought phones then they have been barred in days as the person who sold them has reported it stolen to claim off insurance.One day I might be more organised...........
