funding -partime course

Hi Ive tried getting in to college full time, but dispite calling and emailing no one really helped. So i ddint get in. Ive found a part time course, but its further education not, higer and was wondering if there are any funding ideas? ive tried the local authority and the job centre. Its the course fees i need help with.…

i did a distance learning (see the ics thread i wrote) and where do i get the money from? . I have an intrest in beauty. I am trying to get a job- i live in wales, and trust me its one of the worst areas to find work. I think it is better, if i cant find work ,to be in education.
