I now find I have sinus pain and infected looking stuff
I think I've said this before, so apologies for repeating myself. Treat advice with care if you have any existing conditions that mean you shouldn't be in steamy rooms. It's a low tech way of helping your sinuses to clear.
Find large heatproof bowl, large towel, vapour rub, rosemary or menthol crystals. Boil kettle, put contents of kettle in bowl, add a bit of vapour rub, or menthol crystals to very hot water. Just use the water if you don't have anything else!
Put towel over your head and shoulders then lean over the bowl so you are in a steam filled tent. Breathe evenly and deeply. Don't get too close to the surface of the water. Expect your nose to run and probably have the overwhelming desire to curse me for having good advice.:D Be prepared to refill the bowl from the kettle as you need to do this for 20 minutes and repeat it at least 2 or 3 times a day. The steam and whatever else you have will loosen the gunk in your sinuses and help whatever's in there flow more freely. Also, a head massage can help release any tension and gunk in your sinuses.‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

More wine, anyone
Yes please - pink fizz if possible!
Had a trip with a safety obsessed DS on a train - with lots of teenagers who really don't need to be told that riding a bike etc on the platform is dangerous.! LOL - In the end I offered - "want to wear my Ipod?" It was a very long trip home.....
Had one HHC in my personal Room of Doom (my bedroom
) - shortly off for another and some fizz will help!
MoamAlthough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Oooo is the bar open?? Mine's a large red please..
Been busy today.. Decluttered obscene amounts of money at the florist wholesalers, I'm on the church flower rota, & normally I'd spend ~£30 on flowers (2 weeks worth) and greenery from the garden.. However! This week it's an open w/e & they're plugging the village hall & church for weddings.. Which means I have to do wedding flowers!!!!! I will be asking for donations from the others. Have done 2 pedestals, a window alcove, the top of the font, & 2 pew ends.. Am really pleased with them but have spent far far too much
Proper flying has been limited to S&S of the kitchen.. Ah well
more wine anyone??!

fedup I had a really nasty cold on Monday - try hot water, honey, lemon and grated/crushed garlic . Drank a couple of these, felt better on Tuesday and by Wednesday completely back to normal (ie still crap and exhausted but no snot :rotfl:). It's not as bad as it sounds, just gulp it down.
Hope you feel better soon
