would have thought so i would rename and resave with correct extension.

just found some interesting info windows uses windows metafile where as mac apparently uses pdf work that out!

if info correct i would suggest get disc back read it on your machine then dump photos into pdf save onto new disc and send back to friend

Now not sure: it's 50 50, as I had no idea she used Mac. Files were just copied and pasted to the disk.
