T Mobile mucking around, please help?

Hey guys,

Basically I went for the t - mobile samsung galaxy S (sorry can't post link) because it was meant to come with a £50 pound voucher as well as a free memory card..

The phone came this morning. The voucher was inside, the memory card wasn't.

So i phoned up 150 helpline and the first woman was like "blah blah blah it's actually 8 gb internal memory, not a free memory card" Lie #1.

I went instore after that and the guy said the same thing. But then i went "Hold on, it specifically said it was a promotion and i asked him if he knew it" in which he then confessed that he knew about the deal but couldn't just give me a memory card right there and then .. Lie #2.

I phoned up the helpline again. The adviser asked if i had went instore and i told her that I was told to phone the helpline again in which she said she'd get someone from the orders department to phone me back. Lie #3.

Any advice guys? I'm thinking of going to another store tomorrow. Any buzzwords I should use?

If you've only just got simply send it back under the 7 day DSG and go somewhere else.

I would send it back, and tell them why you were doing so.

I'm with T-mobile, but I got my Nokia 5800 instore, with £50 worth of free accessories, on a really good deal.

I would never buy online from them, as I had trouble when they mucked up my second bill, due to an error in my original contract. I was able to get this sorted out in the shop, where they were able to credit my account to cover the error.

If I had bought online, I would only have been able to deal with them over the phone.
