    Yes as one of my Ilse of Wight based friends found out to her cost.... and they would not refund the Red funnel fare when they found out that it was their store assistants fault that her new iPhone was broken .... through deliberate act!

    If you can prove that then sue them. Small claims court
  • Regretfully the evidence they had was circumstantial, although the person had made a confession to one person and going on to deny he ever admitted anything.

    I know many people who dont really understand computers
    I certainly wouldnt take advantage of them (Unless they deserved it for whatever reason)
    I do my best to help people who know little about technology
