on t mobiles website. can anyone see. i called earlier and one of the team said the best way is to do it in writing and then it will get to the deak of the operations manager

If you go to 'Help & Support' then 'Help Essentials' and select 'Answer Centre' and ask the question "How do I make a complaint?" you'll see a link to the complaints document.
