hi everyone,
im halfway through a 24 month contract thats with t-mobile, i get 600 mins, unlimited txt and internet for £25
i am thinking about leaving tmobile paying off the balance of about £240 (what they quoted me) and then taking out the tesco sim only 30 day rolling contract which is £10 per month with 500 mins, unlimited txt and internet.
i was on the verge on getting my pac number then i just backed off and thought i'll give it a few days...
what are your views?

Your throwing £240 down the drain to pay it off early. Your only saving £60 by not going the full term but in return you loose all the minutes/texts.
I would stick with it, unless your running over your allowances by a long way. Do you have any friends who would want to take over the contract?Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
£25 per month for the next 12 months is £300. If you pay T-Mobile £240 and then sign up for the rolling 1 month deal with Tesco at £10, that's £360. So what you are saying is that you think paying an extra £60 for fewer minutes is a good idea.
If you have £240 burning a hole in your pocket, shove it in an ISA.In the beginning, the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and was widely regarded as a bad move. The late, great, Douglas Adams.0 -
your right, better off staying with it, the tesco deal is pretty hot and i was tempted......

You have 600 mins, unlimited text and internet for £25 per month on T-Mobile (soon to benefit from "roaming" with Orange from 4th October, so getting the strongest signal wherever you are). You are considering paying 12 months off (£300) then signing up for a Tesco sim with 500 mins, unlimited text and internet at £10 a month, therefore another £120 for the year - am I missing something as that sounds crackers to me?!
