In the absence of a malwarebytes log to say you removed them (see the logs section), then you may as well run an update and full scan again and remove them if found. The log you posted says no action taken, if that's the log produced at the time, then they are still present.

how is it running now?

ctfmon is still present, did you do this: control panel, regional and language options,languages, details, advanced, tick the Turn off advanced text services, ok?
