    I must be an idiot as when I buy a shed loads of clothing from a shop, I'm busy getting out my card and paying while the staff do 'their' job and sort it. I feel sorry for the OP, it's not their fault and yet they're being slated for going about their business. The store was at fault, not the OP.

    Actually it was the OP who was wrong as they never checked their bags/receipt when they left.

    Shop done their best after running after someone after they had left the shop.

    Another toys out of the Pram moment. I always think we should have an Agreement board. You can post new threads on there but any responses must agree that you are always right no matter what.

    the forum I mod on we only give 1 hour to edit
    after that its locked for normal users
