Its just a shame that Debenhams web site is still diabolical. Its been almost unusable the few times I've needed to use it over the past 4 months. Debenhams obviously don't take web sales very seriously.

Well - my just opened one of the 2 Signature Denby sets that I ordered. Debenhams were totally crap with their description. It is 16 piece as per the description but they are not rimmed plates as per the description and photo - but coupe plates. They are okay though. However one of the mugs is chipped. The finish on them is quite speckledy - to me looking a bit dirty. Not what I would call classic white. Anyone else get the same set and find the same?

We've had ours delivered to work, they arrived there yesterday...I am not in till Monday, so can't check what has been delivered.

Glad it is 16 pieces though. Not too bothered about the coupe vs rimmed plates. Will post on Monday when we have had a look in the box.

Yep, the same here with the signature Denby. Rather grubby looking and one cup out of each set looks like a second. Not particularly impressed with their description either.
Also, was the 20% voucher a one-time only use? Can anyone point me to the original T&C?

dont think they are supposed to be white.....however....

our two sets arrived over the weekend which got me many many browny points with my good lady

I had one or two broken items, so rang Debenhams straight away

they were good as gold and said they were going to send me out a 3rd set, then to take out what I need and send the rest back as incomplete

as far as customer services go, top notch service

Just opened our boxes, well opened two so far, chipped plates, a broken plate and chipped mugs. They should have stated that the items were seconds!
