Facebook on lg cookie

I have a lg cookie with tesco £10 a month 500 mins, unlimited data and text.

Can I use facebook free of charge?
When I get the login page, it states: This is a data intensive application. Extra charge may be given.

Also, how do I load applications on facebook? ie texas hold em up? The phone facebook page is different to the computer facebook page.

I am rubbish with gadgets so any help appreciated.

Yes its Free - it will simply use your unlimited data. The warning message is from Facebook and shown to everyone in-case you didn't have unlimited web.

Unfortunately you won't be able to load applications on facebook mobile. Its much more limited compared to the computer version. For example on the PC an application may use Flash and a certain size that just can't fit on your cookies screen. Even the top range iPhone has the same problem, for example Zynga recently had to create a dedicated Farmville App game because Flash is not allowed on iPhone.
