I would just give him a refund and forget it. Say the item has been returned damaged so you can't send it.
  • Another update on this saga as it has become now !!!

I enailed the buyer & advices them that i was not prepared to send the parcel to an address other than that registered with paypal.
The buyer then emailed me back & stated that addr they want it sending it to is the addr regged with paypal. And if i was going to be awkward they want a full refund.....
I have checked on my ebay checkout & on the paypal payment & the addr is the one that I have sent it to.
I have advised buyer of this & that I am not being awkward.
I have had a reply stating that they WANT & NEED it posting to the other addr or they want a refund as they have now been waiting over 2 weeks.

Am I in the worng here by not sending it to the other address & am I being awkward by not doing this aswell.

Should I just give the refund? as I think whether they get the parcel or not I am going to end up with neg feedback.

    PLEASE HELP !!!
  • Refund them. They sound like a total pain in the butt.

Tell them the whole situation is due to them having an incorrect address listed in paypal. Or if you don't want to aggravate them further... don't say that :)

I don't think anything I say could aggrevate them any further ;)

it just annoys me, i'll end up with a neg feedback due to all of this & I have co-operated as best as i can, they just don't seem to appreciate the time it takes
  • If they do, leave a follow-up, along the lines of:

Hard to deliver when paypal address is wrong. No cooperation, beware!

    Then neg em :)

Strictly speaking, his details may only be wrong for his paypal details... his email and phone number in his ebay account may be correct.
