multiple african coutries
hi there
Im going back to south africa in a few weeks but also will be spending a few days in Botswana and Zambia
before when Ive vistited SA have used a local sim have just tested the one Ive used before, and its been disconected looking on the vodacom site all unregistered sims in SA are been cut off so may not be able to get another starter pack at the airport. As dont have a SA address ,,, great !!
I also have an old onroam (now gosim) sim which will allow free incomming calls in SA but have no service in botwana or zambia
so my question is dose anyone know of a "one size fits all" sim that will be roaming charge free in all these coutries or have experiance of buying local sims in these coutries
sorry for the long post
one tip for anyone using multi sims I have a chinese phone called a w009 or sciphone looks like an iphone but takes 2 sims and both are active at the same time

Not sure of all three. But easyroam, which I am sure is similar to oneroam, is showing free reception of calls in 2 of the 3 countries.

Also, you can see others here and compare them
