blackberry speaker problem..should i complain?
hello...i've been with orange for jus over a year...on a 24month contract..ive got a blackberry bold 9000 and the speakerphone doesnt work...this is my 4th blackberry and ive had the same problem with all of them...because ive got insurance, they just send me a refurb..but i have the same problem everytime...i rang them today and they said the technical team were going to investigate it and get back to me. ive not gone as far as making a complaint or speaking to a manager...but should i? i know the speakphone problem is a common problem and alot of people have had the same problem with the bold 9000 so i think its a common fault. should i complain in writing?
