Have any of you who are selling stuff on ebay had a look at the freebie board? There is a really good offer at M&M Direct at the mo where you can get a free item (up to £5). Would be interesting to see who can make the most on ebay from their freebie??? I'm not doing the £1024 challenge but I have ordered a t-shirt from M&M and will let you know how it goes on ebay.Mortgage Total: £51,801 / £75,000
Mortgage Overpayments Pot £9470 -
Hi everyone
I'm back from my weekend and I've got some more freebies to sell- we got given some really expensive beauty products so I am in the middle of listing them on Ebay to add to this challenge.
I have sold my Miami Vice DVD on Amazon for £22 after postage and fees so that's been added to my total.
My mannequins have arrived so I have listed 5 items tonight but haven't had time to list anymore so will do this on Tuesday. The Ebay items that I had on didn't do very well. The Quiksilver jeans made £1.01 profit but the Levi jacket lost 80p and the make-up set lost 80p too so I am down by 60p on that lot now. The other items I had on didn't sell so I have relisted them.
My matched betting seems to be going ok. I have got £45 worth of cashback through this so far and I have got £25 in my totes account (which I can't seem to withdraw so will have to bet again with it  ) and £125.78 in my Betfair account. Therefore I have got £150.78 in different accounts when I have only used £110 through depositing in these accounts.
I am therefore going to count the cashback and money in my account towards my total so far. That means that I have only bet twice and have already made £85
I have got £107 to add to my total all ready for tomorrow's update.
Welcome to all of the new challengers and well done to everyone who has made progress over the weekend :T

Thank-you for this ben - this is going to sound really dumb but what is the actual code I have to put in for the discount?

Well done Cool, I miss out on your vouchers as I was unfortunately outbid!!!!
I'm supposed to be making money not spending it!!!!0 -
listed ten of the items, then got fed up
One of them is really cringe-worthy, a Peak Practice soundtrack CD.
The Microsoft server cd-roms might sell for an ok amount i'm hoping
At the moment i'm happy with the total i'm on (would be nicer if i was further ahead, but i'm ahead of the £2 target)Debt of £6300 cleared in 5 years, now ZERO0 -
