You can put the postcode in at https://www.hometrack.com and it gives you some stats like sale to asking price ratio, number of viewings to sale etc.
For my current postcode it's 97% of asking, 8 viewings to a sale.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

99% in my area. Either people are paying too much or EAs are accurate with their valuations.
95% across England and Wales. Few months back was 93.5% Must be an indication of something0 -

bought at 97.3%, sold at 99.8%, same area, all depends, averages are meaningless unless the same person is valuing every property (and even then it will still be meaningless)0
