I recently took out a new mobile contract with 3 instead of upgrading, i now realise i could of got better deal by upgrading on the phone. my fone is 10 days old and i have only turned it on not made any calls.......will i do able to return it in the 14day period.

Check your contract and if you have a 14 day cooling off period then the answer is yes0

If you bought it instore, you have no 14 day cooling off period whatsoever. If you bought it online, it could be covered under DSR.0
