Yes I get an email whenever an invoice is produced.savetilibleed wrote: »Hi thanks, yes I do have the correct email address registered with them. Being a gmail address that I have delivered to Outlook, I wonderered if it had gone to gmail Spam. Logged on there again to check - SPam there from that period but nothing relevant. Maybe I'll try 18185's online form to make the enquiry.
Does everyone get an email when an invoice is raised??
If you log in to your account and look at your invoices, is there an envelope against them, if so I think if you click on that it will resend the email.0 -
Thanks, yes there is that envelope. I clicked for it to send and it seemed very slow. After a while I refreshed the window then repeated to same effect. Then I logged out and repeated and it appeared to respond except there is as yet no email. It does say it could take some time!notbritishgas wrote: »Yes I get an email whenever an invoice is produced.

If I get the email, presumably that won't affect when (or if) they debit the money??0 -
I got the email from 18185 a few hours after forcing the system to send one. The online invoice says the amount will be debited on or immediately after 03 Sept, whilst the email has the same date for a card debit, and 11 Sept for DD. Obviously 11 Sept was Saturday, but the DD hasn't happened yet as of 4.15 pm 14 Sept.0

Do not worry this is quite normal.savetilibleed wrote: »I got the email from 18185 a few hours after forcing the system to send one. For example my last email invoice stated that the DD would be taken "on or immediately after 27 August", my bank statement show it being taken on 9 Sep!0 -
OK, 9 working days. Hmm, much as Heinz said in the first responsenotbritishgas wrote: »Do not worry this is quite normal.

It has been debited today, 17 Sept, so only a few days later than the 11 Sept. Was only £1.54 anywaysavetilibleed wrote: »I got the email from 18185 a few hours after forcing the system to send one.
