Hi all
thought Id join as money is tight and I relaly need to get my food plan act together. Have decided to set a rule of certain things on certain nights but they can vary it if they fancy. The first meal is for my boys and the second for their father as they eat at different times - boys tend to eat at 4pm when in from school and boyfriend eats about 7 after hes home from work
So it looks somewhat like this so far
THURS Ham, peas and chips
Gammon, oven chips, pineapple and peas.
FRI Cottage pie
SAT Fish Fingers, spaghetti, Mash
Fish portion, Mash and
veg
SUN Sausages, Mash, Vegetables
MON Cheesy pasta
Pasta in sauce
TUES New pototes, veg + chicken burger
Chicken Casserole
WED Beans on toast
Omelette with cheese/ham filling
THURS Dinosaur shapes, mixed vegetables
Lasagne with cooked vegetables
Most of them I'm hoping can be plated up fro boyfriend and reheated but boyfriend has put a strict no junk food diet down fro himself as he is in the process of getting fit and is in the gym 6 days a week now so no puddings for him but my boy will be having fruit/jelly/yoghurt for his.Time to find me again0
