She is totally gorgeous! and we were all completely hypnotised, while the boys grouped in the other end of the office being macho

Thanks Martin for the announcement, I wasn't expecting that and thanks everyone for your very kind words and best wishes. Obviously Janine and I are very happy and proud and, bias aside, we're just as surprised as anyone at how beautiful she is.
