Can anyone help me, I've just bought my son this tv SAMSUNG WS32Z429TQ and it says it's analogue, it has a built in freeview box. Will this work when we have the switchover and without having to buy more gadgets to go with it? The complete spec can be foung at Comet. I bought it 3 days ago (still unopened) and need to get it back quick if it'll be no good!

The comet spec says nothing about freeview. If it doesn't have freeview then you'll need a freeview box (or something like Sky or Cable) by switchover. How did you determine it has built in freeview? Can it get, for example, Sky News when it's plugged into just the aerial on the roof?
However a freeview box will set you back £25, so it doesn't really matter unless you REALLY don't want anything external sitting on top of the TV.0
