I had the same problem tonight with RBS (I guess use the same site underneath) and didn't re-register as I too didn't like the idea of entering all that personal info when I know 100% I entered my details correctly.
Have been using RBS Direct banking since its launch with no problems.
I wonder if there has been attempts to access accounts randomly which has disabled them?

I have this problem every now and again. I know i'm using the correct numbers
but it won't let me in. My recent re-register has gone missing in the post so I
have just had to speak to their customer services to get a second one.
Once I get back in i'll be moving my money out. Seeya natwest, thanks for nothing! :rotfl:0
