Anyone else having trouble with NatWest online access?

Can't get into my NatWest account, for the second time in as many months, I am putting my pin and password characters in correctly (I am 100% certain of that, tried several times extremely carefully, and they worked two days ago), but keep getting told there is an error.
It's a bind having to re-register, then wait for the letter and scratch off the new access code etc., when I know I'm entering the correct digits. I need to move some money very soon, and am now stuffed until it's sorted out.
I have used their online contact facility to enquire/complain about what is happening, but just wondered whether anyone else has had a similar problem.

Oh well, it must be picking on me then
. The trouble is (apart from the inconvenience), on re-registering it not only asked me for loads of personal details but also my debit card number and the security code off the back of it. Makes me very nervous, hence my email to their contact address.
I have a full Norton Internet Security package, including firewall and spyware blocker, but you never know these days do you?

The only problem with NatWest online banking that I get is that unless I open it in the first Internet Explorer window, it automatically closes that window. Very annoying.0

I've found that as well, but generally it's when I've already got about four windows open.
Methinks they could do with a software expert to sort things out :cool: .

Yeah I requested mine yesterday. Hopefully it won't take too long. They'll be the first to complain if I don't pay my credit card bill!0 -
I use it every day without any problems. I started using it about 2 years ago and have only had one time when I couldn't access my information.0

They have recently rebranded some of their products and updated their website accordingly. It might be worth accessing the site through a search engine rather than through a favourites menu and then seeing if it runs any smoother.0

I have had this problem once before but I was informed by the helpline to open a new window and type in the natwest.com address again and this should solve your problem. There is something about it remembering the error but by starting afresh you will be ok.0
