    thanks MSers...

Decided to book up the Holiday Inn 2-1 deal..
    Now I have another question.

Is it better to get an Oyster visitor card or just get travel cards? We will be hoping on and off all day, buses and tubes... and I understand that either way the kids travel free because they are under 10.

If you are going to be doing a lot of travel journeys, you might as well just get a daily off peak travelcard. Oyster is better if you are doing less journeys as it charges less than cash and caps at the TC rate, but you have the £3 deposit and have to top up.
  • We are going to London 26th - 30th Oct. and booked into the Holiday Inn Express at Docklands as DD is going to a convention at ExCel on fri-sat. We managed to get the first 2 nights on the 2-4-1 deal for £99 and the next two for the advance purchase rate online for £151 so 4 nights for £250 in a family room.
    I have a cunning plan!
Proud to be dealing with my debts.
