If the customer service was as good as poor it would be a vast improvement. Alledgedly the philosphy of WeDon'tCare is there is no such thing as customer service, we have the money - depositors can whistle as we are not making enough money from them, so if we upset them enough they may become a burden elsewhere.
Note to Directors of WeDon'tCare - the depositors allow you to make money from the borrowers. If you lose enough depositors you will not be able to maintain a Business in this Country.
 Is the Spanish Government funding you to deflect further enquiries as to the liquidity of the smaller Spanish Banks by your lack of service outside of Spain? For myself I am an optimist - there does not seem to be much use being anything else.

I had a question about the new esaver account I'd just opened. Got sick and tired trying to get through on the phone - when I eventually did, I closed the account. If customer service is like this when you're new, what the hell are they like when the bonus period ends? Anyway, they're history as far as I'm concerned.0
