Either stir fry or kebabs.
Definitely.
Both quick, simple and tasty.0 -

Oooh, I fancy one now.
Just thought though the kebabs are only going to be any good if you have any skewers or something you could use as a skewer.
Otherwise it's going to be messy! :rotfl:0 -
you could also try pork, apple, onions, peppers in a cider casserole.0

Fry off the pork to seal, then place in an ovenproof dish (with a lid) add the chopped or sliced peppers, one tin chopped tomatoes or passata, a dash of worcester sauce, about 1/3rd tin water, seasoning, cook at 180 ish covered for an hour, stir, check softness of pork and if sauce needs more water/more reduced and cook again for about 1/2-3/4 hour (with added water and lid on on lid off depending on if you want sauce to reduce). Serve with rice or wedges.Ermutigung wirkt immer besser als Verurteilung.

This one gets my vote, but I'd add onions, garlic, teaspoon of smoked paprika and a pinch of chilli powder or cayenne pepper. In fact that's what I made last night - but with sausages. :T0 -

How about sweet and sour pork? Have you got some onions, tinned pineapple, brown sugar, some passata or tomato sauce, vinegar and rice? You can chuck a few other things in as well if you want, like soy sauce or other veg.Over futile odds
And laughed at by the gods
And now the final frame
