I think this layout is much more user friendly! Not as busy and 'in your face' so a winner for me!! :j

Hi "the team", yes, it was easier to read for me. Its much more "organized", easier to read.
I like the headlines in the new format, they may be smaller, but are nicely visible and placed. (Who can miss "Headlines" in the bright blue window?)
I saw the top story about childcare vouchers straight away but didn't read it - due to the content, I don't have any children...
They weren't any technical glitches, I could read it all, no problemo.
I love THIS new format!!!0 -
Thanks for all the feedback folks - we're reading avidly as we hope from next week email everyone will get the new version/

Loved it - much easier to find things of interest.
Content fantastic as before, but easier on the eye0 -
Looks much better, and I had noticed it was different and thought 'gosh, that looks a lot better and easier to read' before I reached the notice telling me I was special (which I also appreciate, thanks for that!!!). I stopped to look at the things that were relevant/interesting to me, but I'm in the middle of a pile of work so to be honest that's all I've got time to do. I haven't looked through to any of the links.
No technical hitches here, using webmail in firefox, and yes, I did read the top bit about childcare vouchers because although it doesn't apply at the moment, I wondered if it might in the future.
Hope that helps.

A much cleaner look and so much easier to read. No problems with it so far. Headlines stand out well enough once you get used to it.0

I like the new look, less busy, more professional, easier to use. Good work. I do read the paragraphs I'm interested in and click on any relevant links.0

I would like to echo much of what's already been said, the email is so much easier on the eyes-I don't know if the font size has anything to do with this. I love the illustrations, they are funny and they really lift the pages, and draws the eyes to the ancillary topics.
The headlines are a good way of grabbing the readers attention, like most people, I do not have the time to read the email in detail, so I find the headlines are a useful signpost to topics that are of particular interest to me.0 -
Love the new graphics but, apart from that, I didn't think it was hugely different. That's not an overly bad thing though as I still like it.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that, when I hovered my mouse pointer over the list of headlines at the top left of the email, it turned into a solid blue line and I had to move off the heading to check which one it was! Lol0 -
