Royal Mail Slow

Hi there.
Yes it is 15 days.
I have been having major problems with royal mail for about the last month.
9 parcels that I have been expecting since the 6th of September have still not turned up and are deemed as "lost"
One or two, I could maybe accept, but 9!
I also recieved a package today that had been sent 1st class recorded delivery on the 10th of this month.
I was told when I went to complain that they have a rather large backlog at the moment. Not happy with that excuse though.
They must be having serious problems.
I order a lot of items through the internet, and have never had problems like this before.

You are still blaming the delivery company, in this case Royal Mail. Not doubting the seller?

Again did you check the date on the frank/postage label for when the 2nd class item was sent.

I've had items sent via City Link and I was out, their depot was open till late and I collected them same day, now that's a service Royal Mail need!!!!!
