They refused to tell me mine before I'd activated my card. But mine was a refer then approve.

Not sure if it's the same with instant approval. Your call if you want to call them and find out ;)

I'm scared to call them, to have them tell me they made a mistake :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • Rang them and they said they can't tell me the limit yet as they don't have the card details. So got to wait for card. He said the limit may be mentioned on the letter, if not they will tell me when I ring to activate it.

But they didn't tell you they'd made a mistake?

    They're quite generous IMHO.

They gave me a £1,150 limit in November despite my only credit history worth speaking about at the time was 2x £250 limit sub prime cards with ~ 1 year history on one and ~6 months history on the other. Pretty good, considering.

Well atleast they didn't say they'd made a mistake! Well done

I was only joking that they'd say that! :rotfl:My history is not that bad really. I have a LTSB credit card at the moment.

He didn't take any details, so will just wait and see. Hopefully as I signed digitally and got an instant decision it will all be OK :D

Have you got the Gold as well?

These days they e-mail it before your card even arrives...
  • Thanks Curt.

Today I got my email confirming my card/application, they have given me a fab limit of £2350 :rotfl:

So that's more than enough to transfer the balance/s I wanted :)

Thanks Barclays - and stuff you, Halifax with your 10mths interest free, you did me a good deal turning me down as I got 13mths with Barclays :rotfl:
