  • Hi all

Not a good NSD for me, I'm afraid. Someone bashed the wing mirror off my car and it's cost me £30 to replace. I budget for car repairs but this is the second repair in as many weeks. Last one was over £130 and the pot is well and truly empty. Not planning to spend anything else.

So far today, nothing as I bought my lunch using my advantage points in Boots! However, I'm doing overtime tonight until 8.30, so will probably end up getting something else to snack on later, so about £2?

And today, it's £290 on car insurance plus a quid to send a letter recorded delivery. Could have been worse - renewal was for £368...

    That should be it...

No spend for me today! :j

Makes up for all the spending i did yesterday (was payday so settled all my bills not on DDs etc)

Also had the good news my uncle has said the £220 he "lent" me for a deposit on my house last year (which i should be getting back this week) is repayable... ONLY when im rich and famous! :rotfl: I.e. it wasnt a loan..it was a present so i can wipe that off my debt total so now im under the £4000 mark on my personal debt!! :j :j

Of course if i AM ever rich and famous he can have it back.. with interest ;)

£10.71 in Tesco on food for week and beyond (am dogsitting at OH's parents this weekend, so shouldn't need to buy anything else foodwise until early next week, and then have loads of vouchers to cash in).

Been looking at baby clothes for my step-sisters new (first) nipper - want to get a cool, punk rock outfit for him. Thing is, all the AC/DC and Metallica style baby spin-offs are £19.99 for a 3-6 months T-shirt! HOW MUCH? Not a chance. Found a pirate shirt for £4.99 and i'm loathe to spend that. Mmmm. May be nicer to pamper new mum instead. Sorry, babbling.
