    Looking at your reply am i to assume you think im condoning this sort of behaviour, because if you are, you are wrong... What im saying is how can the hotel react if they dont know something is going on.... Also people like "me" do complain to rec at the appropriate time, and also would have gone out and said something to the morons myself...
