Type in Spanish

Does anyone know how to to download and use the accents and upside down question marks etc so I can type in Spanish? Thanks

Many thanks XYZed my numlock was off. Its now working fine and I can manage like this. The other options didn´t work in XP and I seem to be using a very old version of word.
