Oooohh thanks. I have to try and get me some TCO. Got me a bucket load of galaxy promises earlier. (literally. I have used them to fill up my xmas malteser bucket. Good timing too because it only had 3 lindt balls left in it!)

I also got several packs spare to dish out at my work. I think i am going to be quite popular tomorrow

Have been lucky with a couple of 1p chocolate finds in Poole but not these, even looked in Bournemouth. Know why now. ;)

Can anyone give us the BC of the glitching thorntons mints please?
  • Hi all, I'm always on the lookout for 1p items but have not been lucky, as yet. Do you find them in a sale aisle or are they just on their usual shelf?
    Thanks in advance.
I must remember that "Money Saving" is not buying heavily discounted items that I do not need. :hello:

Today I found the Maltesers 75g rectangular gift carton that aau98113 mentioned. It was at a Tesco Metro and also scanned at 1p. However it was past the use by date (marked as 14-02-2012), but i didn't care lol

MadelinesMum it was my first 1p find and it was in the clearance section
  • Managed to get 3 thorntons mint and 4 of the salted caramel chocolates in the store closest to France. They were on the confectionary aisle in their usual place and were not reduced on the SEL.

Went through SS but was a bad idea to take my 3 yr old who sat on the scales calling the SA, lol.

the picture was far, far too big and was distorting the forum width. In addition the huge size of the picture was slowing the forum down while it loaded.

Note for all posters - please keep your pictures small and well within the screen width of the forum. Thanks.
