ME - I did the same as you, I think - I enter the code from the bottle straight into the webpage given, but you need to text this number and then submit the code they send you - then it'll recognise your number. Text only cost me 10p, so worth the text!

Yes I put in my old mobile number and it didn't work. Then I put in the mobile number I used for the original text and it did work!
