I've a lot of stuff put by now. Clothes from the Tesco sales for me & the kids (I've had to resort to Tesco jeans & t-shirts and not be a snob for labels), toys from the Mothercare glitches, household stuff from the DTD days, toiletries courtesy of the Dove coupons & Supderdrug, tea bags, custard, pasta sauce and not forgetting reduced items in Asda & Tesco and M&S at a push. I even went mad and spent almost £15 in Ikea on tables in their recent sale that I plan to convert into play tables for the boys using some wood, glue and paint! Amazing what you learn to do when given no choice. Me & coupons have also formed a close bond along with checking for DTD items and wombling receipts for cc points
So yes, I took advantage of some glitches and I've never mentioned why so there we have it.
Well done you:TIt's amazing what you can do when you try. I always just lurked on the boards with another user name(Forgot the password) Then in February had a knee op that put me out of action for a while, so I had loads of time to properly read the boards. In that time I really got into DTD,coupons, whoopsies, and glitches. I made my OH take me to T's everyday as the trolley acted like a support for me to walk with. The whoopsie man took pity on me with my bandaged knee and still now chats to me when I go in.From then on I have become totally addicted to MSE and just love it. My best friend said the other day that she was jealous of Mr T as he see's me more than she does:rotfl:Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
thanks
i was in sheffield on tuesday but only went to the infirmary road store where i had my infamous dove glitch experience (my 1st ever glitch)
i don't actually live in sheffiled so will have to see if my stress levels and petrol bill can take it, probably not at the mo, well done though:T

TBH and OMG you'll hate me for saying this but even though I love to save money i'm not that poor. I'm not well off or anything but not poor either. I have a reasonably paid job but am only work part time. I think for me its more making my money go further as my OH is the most unbelievable spender (we are total opposites) and he's still paying his mothers mortgage (no don't even ask!)
Also this money saving lark for me has become a bit of an addiction and a hobby. Plus you guys are great company on these lonely evenings :AGRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

Wow! trust me to be out on one of the most exciting evening's for a while. I don't need a Flymo (my local Metro tends not to stock them anyway) but OMG I am desparate to find those tea bags - we drink gallons of the stuff so i'd prob save enough to buy a full priced FlymoFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
