bbq's scanning at £25 at my local what a wasted journey lol bet thats why was 9 there hah. Got 3 £1 buckets though going to use as plant pots and seam good quality for £1 and she scanned only 2 not 3 ha. Also got some re dlion beef reduced to 35p and teh fairly original for 40p with a coupon

Well that's grand. You don't need a bbq to cook red lion beef so you'll be fine.:D

    i know the feeling........:(
the gardening glitch was the worst i saw it posted about 1am and was soooooo desperate to jump in the car and go as kids were all asleep and they NEVER wake at night but I just couldn't bring myself to do it.

I've a lot of stuff put by now. Clothes from the Tesco sales for me & the kids (I've had to resort to Tesco jeans & t-shirts and not be a snob for labels), toys from the Mothercare glitches, household stuff from the DTD days, toiletries courtesy of the Dove coupons & Supderdrug, tea bags, custard, pasta sauce and not forgetting reduced items in Asda & Tesco and M&S at a push. I even went mad and spent almost £15 in Ikea on tables in their recent sale that I plan to convert into play tables for the boys using some wood, glue and paint! Amazing what you learn to do when given no choice. Me & coupons have also formed a close bond along with checking for DTD items and wombling receipts for cc points

So yes, I took advantage of some glitches and I've never mentioned why so there we have it.

Well done for all your efforts robertsgirl. Thank you x

caz, with the current climate like it is then we all have to do what we can to get by. I wouldn't worry too much, the world of supermarkets is a cut throat business and I'm sure we give them enough money to be able to justify the odd perk.

Looks like you lot have had fun tonight, i've just had 5 or 6 pages top catch up on since my last post at about 5..... thanks for the laughs. BTW, no it isn't mr T's i've been too, but it looks like i'll have to be there again tomorrow as I really need a BBQ, and i'll be gutted if that £2 mower turns up, LOL.

Thats after my trip to New Look, I fancy them boys shorts for my son, looked at them today, loads better than the ones they had earlier in the week bargain at £1 anyway! Then i'll sneak to the other floor to see if they have any tops, but i'm not too bothered about that one really.
  • Just went for a look for the BBQ's in Inverness and I couldn't see any of the ones in question at all :(
Proabably just as well as I live in a flat and have no garden to be having a BBQ in :rotfl:
