1p finds at Tesco thread

Hi

no penny items but got 2 more dove, 3 rice infusion, 3 glaxy, 2 fairy, 2 lenor young boy on the till looked most surprised at 60p total!

Also got some printer ink it had 250 extra clubcard points

and brought a bag of quorn sausages SEL £1 went through at £1.71 so £1.42 DTD tried another store for more but think it was just a missed SEL when previous offer finished.

kids really enjoyed bananas and 30p custard with alittle galaxy grated on the top and its spam sandwiches for lunchboxex tomorrow!

Can't wait for next glitch getting withdrawal systoms

On separate days I scanned a Disney princess figure off a clip strip with no price. Came up as unavailable on the scanner. A few days ago I scanned Disney princess make up kits (party bag prize kinda size). Both came up as unavailable.

Wow how'd you use so many coupons in a transaction? where bouts in the country are you lol. I once had a self serve sa play hell with me when I tried ta use 2 fairy couponnesat. time. Then went to a branch in Liverpool and the sa wa fine about me using 2 coupons for fairy! Did u go to an extra to get the galaxy?-as I try in a big (not xtra) store with my coupon y/day, they didn't ave the prroduct, worker guy directed me to a bigger store I.e extra

Had coupons scaned by SA in two store recently with no problems they just checked I had the right number of products for the amount of coupons and both times a manager came over and just agreed them to be put through.

I'm in Essex and the stores were just normal big ones on outskirts of the town not sure what they were called though.

Chocolate was in both of them one only had the orange flavour which was yummy and the other only had the plain yummy too!

The smaller store metro I think didn't have any chocolate

Nothing much today due to a quick visit to T's with a hangover from last night!!!!Did get dove & galaxy and lots of whoopsie bits though. Have decided that everytime I go in T's I am going to scan at LEAST 10 things and I might just get lucky with a 1p item.I do usually scan lots but it's a bit hit and miss, so I am doing it methodically and started today in the toiletries (shampoo section) Just had a thought, we could each take a section , one of us could do the loo rolls, one the razors, one the choccies,etc then we've have all bases covered!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I didnt like being put on the "gone but not forgotten thread" at first, but in a way I've decided I do, We're not quite so obvious now if you know what I mean;)

Good idea! I'm happy to volunteer for the cereal isle as thats where the scanner is in my local, but not sure how much is likely to be 1p on the cereal isle so I could do the chocolate isle if thats better as it's on the next isle? I'd love to find a 1p item, been scanning a few things without sels but no luck so far.

By the way, anyone else find other shoppers give you funny looks when your price checking?

What a great idea Nikkilala :T I'll make a start on the razor aisle tomorrow (nearest one to my scanner).
No penny finds for me today but did get another 2 dove, 16 pairs of 25p socks and some half price gardening bits

Might be better off getting your wipes from sainsburies someone reported their value wipes are 10p (i can't confirm though sorry)
